Return policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before sending, take a photo of the product and contact us.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially paid. Only normal price items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit worth your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift voucher. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to itself to be given to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and he will find out if you are back.


You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over € 50, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
